• You must provide accurate contact and billing details for paid plans.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace or API key.
• If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that entity.

You agree to use the service responsibly and only for lawful analysis of publicly available information.

• Maintain security of your account credentials, team invites, and API tokens.
• Use exports and reports in compliance with local privacy and marketing laws.
• Promptly report suspicious activity, billing anomalies, or unauthorized access attempts.

Your account grants access according to plan limits, role permissions, and fair-use rules.

• Workspace owners control member access and are responsible for team-level governance.
• We may require verification for sensitive changes such as ownership transfer or payment updates.
• We may suspend access temporarily to protect platform security or investigate abuse.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Spam, harassment, intimidation, or unlawful surveillance using outputs from the platform.
• Attempting to bypass rate limits, access controls, or subscription restrictions.
• Reverse engineering, scraping beyond authorized flows, or introducing malicious code.
• Using the service in ways that violate third-party platform terms or applicable law.

Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. In summary, we process only what is required to operate and secure the service.

• We do not ask for or store your Instagram password.
• We apply technical and organizational controls to protect account and usage data.
• Where required, we provide data handling details for compliance and audit requests.

Paid plans are billed according to the interval selected at checkout.

• Invoices, taxes, and renewal dates are shown in your billing workspace.
• Refund eligibility follows the plan terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
• Late or failed payments may result in feature limits or account suspension.

We work to keep the platform available, secure, and performant, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

• Maintenance windows, upstream API issues, or force majeure events may affect uptime.
• Features may evolve, be modified, or be discontinued with reasonable notice where practical.
• We may apply usage limits to preserve platform reliability for all customers.

FollowerIns is an independent SaaS product and may rely on third-party infrastructure or publicly available platform data.

• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram.
• Third-party outages, policy updates, or API constraints may impact available functionality.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use aligns with relevant third-party terms.

We may suspend or terminate access when required to protect the service, enforce these terms, or comply with legal obligations.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.
• Termination does not remove obligations incurred before termination.
• Upon closure, data handling follows our retention and deletion policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FollowerIns is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from insights, reports, or recommendations.
• Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the applicable claim period, as permitted by law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal, technical, or product changes.

• We will update the "Last Updated" date and publish revised terms on this page.
• For material changes, we may provide in-app or email notice where appropriate.
• Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
